Where do we ship?

At this moment, Singapore only! We’re working on the rest of the world!

How do we ship?

Normal mail or top up for Registered mail if you would like.  Postage costs depends on weight of final order. Free shipping for orders more than SGD150. Oversized items such as the teepees will incur a courier charge of SGD15. For any order that needs to be fast tracked, do choose the courier option, which will be charged at a flat rate of SGD8.

How fast do we process orders?

As long as items are in stock, we aim to ship out within 3 working days of receiving your order.

What if I would like a bigger size of a shirt design you carry but it is not in stock?

Email us at orderupsydaisy@gmail.com. We could possibly pre-order it in for you, though this has be paid in full, and you may have to wait for our next shipment. Please note many of our brands aren’t based in Singapore, so there is definitely some waiting time involved.

How much lead time do you need for your services?

Minimum 3 weeks is needed.
Should it be a last minute job, ie less than 3 weeks before the party, a rush job surcharge will be levied.

How can I tell you what I want for my party?

Email us at partywithupsydaisy@gmail.com for a quotation. Do let us know your date and venue of event, items and theme preferred. Dessert tables and goody bags can be customised to suit your preferences and budget J

I don’t want a dessert table, event photography or goody bags. I just want to find a particular party item that’s hard to get. Can you help?

What is the price range for your dessert tables?

Basic packages start from $200.

Example of a $200 package would include 5 dessert or candy items for 20pax (Eg.choc chip cookies, eclairs, cup pudding, marshmallow cups, popcorn etc), basic table set-up (cutlery, table cloth, take away brown bags)

Additional chargeable add-ons are available: table decoration, photo garlands, photo booth props, and event photography.

How much is event photography?

Price range from $200

What does the event photography cost cover?

2 hours of photography + basic editing of all photos given in soft copy

Why do I have to pay upfront for dessert tables and goody bags?

Sourcing for items at the right price takes time and effort. This payment is also a safeguard for Party with Upsy Daisy, who is a one-supergirl show, whose time has to be booked for such events.
